Alley appeared for the first time on Playboy Book of Lingerie in May 1995, and suddenly her success was astoundishing, so that she appeared in almost every of the next Books published, and obviously on many others Playboy publicarions, such as Book of Nudes, Girls of Summer, Sexy Swimsuits, Wet&Wild, Book of Supermodels, and many national edition of Playboy.

She also posed for Playboy publications' covers about 15 times since april 1996. Obviously she didn't work for playboy only, and she collected many other appearance on cover and articles on magazines, calendars, campaigns and advertisements around the world. Alley also did and does charity actions, by helping associations which try to save seals, orangutans and children.
